Refund & Ban Policy

We aim to be fair, fast, and transparent. This page explains how we handle refunds and ban reviews to protect both users and the community.

Refunds

Refunds are considered on a per-case basis upon request. We know mistakes happen — for example, an unintended purchase or a subscription left running while inactive, and we want to maintain trust.

  • • Eligible scenarios include accidental or unintended payments.
  • • Requests tied to abuse, exploitation, or fraud will be denied.
  • • If the service has been actively used, a refund isn’t guaranteed, but we’ll review fairly.
To request a refund, contact us from the email in the Terms. Include your account email, the date of the charge, and a short explanation.

Ban Reviews (Appeals)

If your account is banned or restricted, you may request a review. All appeals are evaluated within 3 days of receiving your request.

  • • Each appeal is reviewed individually by our moderation team.
  • Clear violations of our rules/terms are not considered for unbans.
  • • If the restriction was due to a mistake or technical issue, we’ll lift it after review.
