Refunds
Refunds are considered on a per-case basis upon request. We know mistakes happen — for example, an unintended purchase or a subscription left running while inactive, and we want to maintain trust.

- • Requests tied to abuse, exploitation, or fraud will be denied.
- • If the service has been actively used, a refund isn’t guaranteed, but we’ll review fairly.
To request a refund, contact us from the email in the Terms. Include your account email, the date of the charge, and a short explanation.
